Software that started inside a sixth form
Educoda Ltd builds and runs P16 Enrolment, admissions and enrolment software for sixth forms and colleges. It began in 2018 at Brampton Manor Academy in East London, to cut paperwork, errors and admin time.
What Educoda is
Educoda Ltd is the company behind P16 Enrolment. P16 handles online applications, references, interviews, taster days and results day in one system, for schools, sixth forms and colleges that run post-16 admissions.
Why P16 exists
The first version went live in July 2018 at Brampton Manor Academy, a large sixth form in East London. Its job was to reduce paperwork, human errors and admin time in the enrolment process. It has been used there ever since.
A second version followed in January 2019, adding student sign-up, automated reference collection and student sorting. That cut admin time further. In April 2025 the third and current version launched on a new technology stack, built to scale beyond one school. Educoda Ltd was incorporated on 7 May 2025 to run it.
